Jim Ross To Take AEW Hiatus While Undergoing Radiation Treatments For Skin Cancer

Jim Ross is set to undergo 22 radiation treatments for his skin cancer, with the hope that he will return to AEW's announce desk on December 29th at the show in Jacksonville, FL.

Ross gave an update as to his condition on Twitter:

Due to my skin cancer care totaling 22 radiation treatments starting Monday, I will hopefully return to the announce desk on December 29 in Jacksonville.

@TonyKhan supports me on this strategy which has been a blessing.

Rafael Morffi, who works for AEW in their live event business department, tweeted about JR's health as well.
