WWE Rumored To Be Suing AEW Over “Bash at the Beach” Name?

WWE is reportedly not happy with AEW's decision to use the “Bash at the Beach” name for this week’s episode of Dynamite on TNT.

Dave Meltzer revealed on Wrestling Observer Radio that The Elite gave a speech to the crowd following the Dynamite tapings in Miami in which they noted there was a legal battle for using the “Bash at the Beach” name.

It remains unknown if WWE has filed an official lawsuit or are just trying to attempt to get AEW to drop the title.

It should be noted, Cody Rhodes registered the “Bash at the Beach” and other PPV names last year, which reportedly didn't go down well with WWE.

If WWE does decide to bring a legal battle to AEW, they are more than equipt to defend their use.
