WWE likes to control their crowd reactions the best they can during a live broadcast but when it comes to taped shows they have free reign over crowd sound and those in attendance for the Raw tapings in Manchester last week, revealed that WWE edited the reaction for Seth Rollins promo.
There was reportedly a lot of booing in the arena when he claimed to be the best wrestler in the world, but on Monday's taped edit they removed boos for in favor of a loud pop.
Viewers watching even noticed the obvious sound edits while watching the broadcast on USA Network, and took to social media to point them out.Â
Is Seth Rollins losing favor with WWE Fans?Â
And this isn't about Seth (I've been roundly abused before for arguing he is, in actual fact, very good and in the convo of best in the world), I'm just not big on crowd noises being adjusted to fit a narrative.
