WWE NXT Quick Results (10/30/19)

Below are quick results for tonight’s edition of WWE NXT:

*Rock band Poppy kicks off the show with a performance before they play Io Shirai to the ring.

*Io Shirai def. Candice LeRae. Following the match, Shirai attempts to attack LeRae but is stopped by Rhea Ripley.

*It is announced that Pete Dunne and Damian Priest will face each other in a rematch on next week’s broadcast.

*Finn Balor comes to the ring for a promo, saying that there are too many fans in the locker room who should actually be sitting in the crowd. He then brings up Johnny Gargano and says that if Gargano wants to fight again, Balor will turn him from “Johnny Wrestling” into “Johnny Watches Wrestling.”

*Bronson Reed def. Shane Thorne.

*The Kabuki Warriors def. Dakota Kai & Tegan Nox to retain the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Following the match, NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, and Marina Shafir come to the ring to attack them, but are interrupted by Rhea Ripley. Ripley is then attacked by Io Shirai, then Bianca Belair. Candice LeRae then joins the brawl before referees and security rush to the ring to separate everyone. NXT General Manager William Regal then announces that his solution to the situation is to have the women compete in the first-ever Women’s WarGames Match at NXT TakeOver: WarGames.

*Cameron Grimes def. Tyler Bate. Following the match, Bate was attacked by Killian Dain as a message to Pete Dunne.

*Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish def. Keith Lee and Matt Riddle following interference from Roderick Strong and Adam Cole. Following the match, Tommaso Ciampa assisted Lee and Riddle against The Undisputed Era before taking a microphone and saying that the NXT Championship would have to wait because “Daddy’s going to war.”
