WWE Has A Replacement For Alexa Bliss If She Can't Compete At The Evolution PPV

As we reported last night, Alexa Bliss is dealing with a concussion which throws her status for Sunday's Evolution pay-per-view in some doubt.

Bliss is currently scheduled to team with Mickie James to face WWE Hall of Famers Lita and Trish.

On last night's Raw, Alicia Fox was involved in a backstage segment and is reportedly being penciled in to replace Bliss if she can't compete Sunday, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio.
