Many athletes have been voicing their opinions on Colin Kapernick's controversial protest of the National Anthem. The NFL quarterback made a decision to kneel during The Star Spangled Banner last month. He explained his actions by stating that he would not "show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color."

It is worth noting that before he got into wrestling, Orton was a United States Marine, but he eventually received a bad conduct discharge.
