Vince McMahon Makes A Surprise Appearance During WWE SmackDown Taping

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon made a surprise appearance during the WWE SmackDown tapings in Liverpool, England. Vince come out shortly after British fans were chanting "where's our Network?"

He claimed Liverpool sounded like a skin disease and also tried to apologize for the WWE Network not launching in the UK as yet.
