WWE Issues Statement On Brock Lesnar’s Potential Anti-Doping Policy Violation

We reported Friday that Brock Lesnar was notified by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) of a potential Anti-Doping Policy violation stemming from an out-of-competition sample collected on June 28. UFC made the announcement via a press release.

Since then there has been much speculation as to how WWE will handle the situation, to which they responded with the following brief statement today:

"Brock Lesnar has not performed for WWE since WrestleMania and is not scheduled to return until Sunday, Aug. 21."

It looks as if Lesnar will still face Randy Orton at SummerSlam on August 21 in Brooklyn, New York.
